Reggio Emilia Possibilities East Coast (REPEC)
REPEC covers the areas of Napier, Hastings, Central Hawkes Bay.
REPEC’s purpose is to improve early childhood educational experiences for young children and their families. We seek to engage in dialogue, debate points of view and listen to multiple ways of doing and being through exploring the work of Reggio Emilia Children in the context of Aotearoa New Zealand. We are committed to sharing the passion and pedagogy of Reggio Children that see children as active participants in their education. We offer opportunities for teachers to engage in experiences and conversations where people can “think better and think more” (Claudia Gudici, 2021).
